How it works

1. Choose your role

Download the consumer app to order as a diner, or the vendor app if you operate a participating stall.

2. Sign in & verify

Create an account with the credentials you use in the app. Stall operators may complete additional onboarding where required.

3. Order & fulfil

Customers place orders and payments flow through JumpQ; vendors prepare and hand off according to stall workflow.

Are there two different apps?

Yes. The consumer app is for diners; the vendor app is for stall operators. Both connect to the same JumpQ platform.

Where is JumpQ available?

Participation depends on which bazaars and stalls are onboarded. Check the consumer app for stalls near you.

How do payments work?

Card payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g. Stripe). JumpQ does not store your full card number on our servers.

How do I delete my account?

See Delete your account. Self-serve deletion in the app may roll out in a future release; until then, email [email protected] if you need help.
